The game is capped at 30 FPS. This just may be the worst PC port I've ever seen.

After looking up more of their creations I feel like Plastic Wax is a full step behind Blur. The detail, animations, and some of the action wasn't very impressive to me. Not to say it's bad, Blur projects just strike me as being on another level.

I agree with this. However, at the same time since EA is going to rush them with BF4 I hope they have enough time to make that game good.

One note about graphics settings. No matter what card you have switch off 'advanced field of view'. It does practically nothing for graphics but uses up crazy resources. I have a nvidia 670 oc'd to a 680 and my CPU at 4.2ghz and before I turned that off I was around 35-40 FPS and without it stayed at or above 60 FPS…

I love my 670. Just with stock voltage and cooling I've got her up to 1200mhz beating out stock 680's with ease.
