From the little bit of screenshots I've seen of this so far it still isn't better than the mods that are out. Plus with the kit being released now we're just going to be getting even better content from the community furthering the quality difference.

The need to upgrade on the PC has slowed down incredibly since no game cept bf3 pushes hardware because they're all made to run on consoles.
