Man, I didn't work yesterday and when I saw that first Vardy goal, I jumped off of the couch looking to high five someone. My only option was my pug(or my Golden who is a total diva about EPL) but I had to celebrate it with someone.

Prison justice is a real thing. I remember when I was a new resident at Cook County Hospital and they brought in a guy that killed his girlfriend’s baby. He was beaten and raped repeatedly. I'm sure that imprisoned police face similar threats.

No, I was just wondering if I should readdress my death threats........

And the Tour de France!

I do the same thing, even in races. I keep mile splits and it actually helps to see that the first mile was the slowest. In some weird way that makes me feel good. I focus on my breathing, do a “system check” and break it up into small, manageable parts. Then before I know it, I'm enjoying my run.

One of the linked clickbaits says that Tim Couch is selling his Kentucky mansion.......so there's that

It may well be the only thing that made After Earth look like a smashing success....

Honestly, this looks like the kind of daily reflection that you'd find on many religious calendars-all in all not bad thoughts, but he has to know that in his given situation it's going to look petty and sanctimonious. I just don't think he can help himself.

This is what happens when you make Stephen A Smith dean of broadcasting/public speaking in said school…
