The cameras here are set up to take the driver’s picture. They even pixilated the passengers faces.

Many restaurants heat their plates to keep the food from cooling down too quickly. You see the server carry it with some kind of protection (gloves, napkins) and are told to be careful because it’s hot. But some people only believe what they feel with their own hands.

I thought the point to the hair story was that the woman put it on the steak herself and the server was too frazzled to notice so the customer thought she was getting away with getting a “new” steak? I don’t know why people get off on sending food back.

Absolutely not defending Starbuckshacker guy, but yeah, some manager at some point should have banned that fucker a long time ago. Managers can be the worst horrible customer enablers.
