I definitely see a trend in all this. Net neutrality is killed and Netflix immediately jumps on paying more for faster service, the TWC/Comcast merger marches on and TWC raises their rates almost immediately, the AT&T/DirectTV sale...there's no such things as coincidences in this industry.
