I don't think you can get doubles of any one item, it's just that a lot of the prizes from bosses are poses/quotes that require a set of 13~15 under one item description. (That is, if you get multiples you're building up to that full 15.)

Yeah, it will certianly take some work most likely, but if the whole Android thing worked out so well I'd imagine this could work just as well.
