You know Funimation owns the license now, right? They've released dual language versions of every episode they have so far (On DVD and online), and they're releasing the latest episodes subbed every week online. I'm pretty sure this would have the both tracks in America just to appease everyone.

Well I doubt I'll use that much again anytime soon, it was just beacuase of new speeds 4G allowed me to actually download a lot. Plus anyone in the same situation as me isn't getting throttled, it's part of the reason I have a 4G phone now.

No. But if you're unlimited you don't really have to worry, since 4G has no throttling period and 3G is only throttled as much as it needs to be if a tower is crowded, otherwise you're not throttled either. I should know because I used nearly 90 GB last month.
