This is my best guess: She’s married to husband #1, cheats on him with future husband #3. Gets pregnant, divorces husband #1, has babies, meets and marries husband #2, he adopts babies as his, she divorces him, then marries husband #3 (biological father to babies but not legal father).
I doubt such a petition would have any legal standing. Legally speaking, the citizens of Rowan County agreed to pay her legal fees when they chose to elect her to office.

Nope. I’m from KY, and every person I know is passing around a petition to make her pay her own fucking legal fees. Now THAT would be a waste of taxpayer dollars if I ever saw one.
Good thing there’s a surplus of $1.5 million. It will make it easier for the county to pay civil rights damages to the four couples Davis has denied licenses. I bet everyone in the county who worked so hard and sacrificed so much to achieve such a large surplus will be soooooooooo glad that it’s all being pissed away…
