While I dont know if that was the developers intent, to just assume that because its using Korean Characters, its required to be the correct use of the modern language seems short-sighted. I’ll say that it was a very cool surprise regardless.  I got to experience it blind and when it happened, it was really neat.  You could feel his power when he showed up and it was immense. It was a fun way to end the game.  So I do get the idea that this spoiler was more fun if you didnt know it was there.
