Yes, thank you for pointing this out. Even if you are going 95 mph, I strongly advise to pull into the right lane after passing. I have been passed plenty of times by cars going 120+mph.

We would have supply issues for a little while, but there are plenty of markets that would gladly supply those goods. Chinese manufacturing costs have continued to rise, it won’t be long before it’s cheaper to import from Mexico than China. Higher production costs, but much cheaper transportation costs.
