It was never shown off in third person, ever. The very first mentions of the game said that CDPR planned it for both 3rd and first person, but by the time they had actually any real material to show, it was all 1st person. Most likely they discovered that the 3rd person just didn’t work for what they were trying to

Dragon Age Inquisition overwhelming? I dunno what to tell you man, but it was underwhelming if anything. If you find that game overwhelming I’d imagine that most rpg’s would be overwhelming for you. There really wasn’t much to that game.

The reality is that only one side dressed and prepped for riots. And they seem to feel that having done so, they need to use the gear. Why else are we waking up every freaking morning to see stories and video of otherwise peaceful groups being tear gassed, fired upon, and physically assualted?

If you’re White, sure. Otherwise, it all gets a little more complicated.

There’s nothing ironic about that, it was intentional. The looters were punk kids, they looked like teenagers. The local news reporters on the ground at every protest throughout LA have been very quick to clarify that the looting factions are separate from the protestors. This has also been substantiated by all account

The difference is that Ep. I and Ep. II have excellent plots and bad direction, so they’re a little stilted to watch the first time, but actually get more enjoyable with opportunities to absorb the narrative depth in rewatches.

Pretty much everything Filoni said was something Star Wars fans already knew for a long time, because they watched the movies. Filoni also got all this from Lucas himself, pretty much everything he came up with in The Clone Wars was approved as canon by Lucas.

Yes - the lore is phenomenal!

Spoiler if you skipped the article: Filoni doesn’t regurgitate the Plinkett reviews like other Internet peoples do.

This was one of the best SW takes I’ve seen in my life. Once again artists like Filoni and Johnson get the lore and know how to move forward without straying far from the core themes. J.J. makes copy pasta: his own words “it’s more important that you go off and learn what to make movies about than how to make movies."

Avatar progresses towards a more serious show, but it does take many episodes to get there. I think it’s worth it.

I used to listen to Megadrought all the time back in high school.

Well I guess now all I have left to read around here is the root and the occasional io9 article, fuck the herb man, just fuck him.

I watched the clip, I see now. The biggest problem this show has is that it’s based on an existing IP. It’d work way better as its own thing with new characters and setting.

not everybody who likes old shows like this is older than the show. I was born in the 90's and I watched reruns of the original Thundercats in the early 2000's and that’s how I fell in love with it.

Mumm-Ra. Fucking Mumm-Ra. His name is Mumm-Ra. Because he’s a mummy and names in the show tend to end in -ra.

Now playing

“Rather than just making Cheetara out to be a sex object”

This show is an an even worst diaster than Teen Titans Go, least Teen Titans had a style that makes sense that you could go all the way goofy with it.

I lasted precisely 1:29 into that Youtube clip you posted and have seen things that I can never unsee.
I don’t know what the hell this crap is, but it isn’t Thundercats. It might be considered a parody of Thundercats, but it even fails badly at that.

Thank you for the attempted sell, but I’ll be “social distancing”
