Honestly, the most egregious part of this whole debacle is the over-writing of the original product. It blows my mind that anyone thought that would be a good idea, or that it would be well-received.

- None so far. But the halflings do look on the young side in general, and the human main character even comments on the fact and says it’s a turn-off for him.

The interesting thing about the show too, is that while it contains some of the usual exploitative anime tropes, it actually portrays the sex industry and sex in general in a very positive light. Everyone is consenting. Everyone is (mostly) having fun.

Somali and the Forest Spirit is pure wonder and wholesomeness... with hints of something darker and more sinister creeping around the edges. It’s great stuff so far!
