I have definitely noticed that pokemon are harder to catch. I wasted 30 great balls and 30 razzberries trying to catch a wild 100cp Rydon yesterday and then wasted 20 regular pokeballs trying to catch a stupid cp45 Weedle. I get why they did it though. Stops players from leveling up so quickly and hitting the ceiling…
