All the Tauruses were terrible cars mate.
How?
And neither was the second. They were both very, very decent cars, and people bought a metric shit-ton of them, because they were good cars. The third gen was a good car, but had wonky styling. Also, the third gen SHO was auto-only, and the slushbox was worth exactly dick.
As a person who tends to vote Republican, I am for ACA and agree with you that it has been affirmed and should stand. However, I believe we do need a debt ceiling and a budget amendment and would not be surprised if there is an agreement on those terms in exchange for an immigration bill. But back to cars now.
Repubs just need to get over it. Obamacare passed in House and Senate, and the Executive signed it. The Supreme Court then affirmed it. That's all 3 branches of government that gave it the OK. As for using the debt ceiling as a negotiating tool, it's not up for negotiation. These are debts that have been incurred,…
Yeah, but everyone has a SS Delorean. How many came from the dealer painted? I've seen 2 painted ones and about 20 SS ones.
Oh I'm a Parts Advisor. I don't own one, and don't plan on buying one either. However, my beef is exactly what you just said, along the lines of "I hate it and I don't care to change my mind". You're welcome to not like it, you're welcome to hate it. You can have a VooDoo doll of all the acura cars full of pins and…
Of all the Deloreans that guy chose to steal, he took one that was painted...
Listed the only missing black Delorean it in the SAME FUCKING TOWN?
Same here.
If you're going to make a sexist joke, at least make it funny.
I wouldn't say it's the cheap fuel as diesel has been about $0.20 higher than gasoline for the past few years. It basically boils down to agriculture, construction, wrecker services, hauling toys (boats, race cars, campers), etc.....pretty much any field of work/play that requires moving heavy shit around. When they…
Not familiar with commercial truck tire sizes are you?
Some of the higher-ups in the LAPD and other agencies around here are driving the unmarked Caprices, complete with big plain full wheel covers.
In Michigan, at least, the state auctions seem to have a couple of trends:
1.Chargers with blown out front suspension/suspension damage/broken wheel hubs
2.Tahoes with inoperable Reverse and 1st gear, or 'knocking, needs engine work'
3.Impalas with no forward motion
4. Crown Vics with 100k+ and no mechanical problems
A good few of the MD State boys around my way have some of the police Tahoes... and let me just say.... All black, deep ting, black soft-8 wheels with chrome centers.... Those things look badass and menacing. They are also pretty quick off the line for an SUV.
And as for the maintenance issue, I'd also put my money on…
Trucks usually have "half-inch" wheels 19.5, 20.5, 22.5, etc
I think when you get into towing rig territory they purposely use .5" wheels so you can only use tires rated for towing and not cheaping out on tires that can be a safety hazard when towing a house
