Did they give any reasons for the switch to the ZF 9AT? I’ve got a couple theories, but I’d like to know if there was any word from the horses mouth.

I’m torn. On the one hand, I’m on record as saying I’d accept an electric Mustang when/if it became a reality (provided it could outperform whatever the ‘base’ V8 was).

Kinda seems like there won’t be a one-size-fits-all solution to our transportation needs...

I won’t be surprised if these are the last new ICE powered sedans from Cadillac, given the rumors/news that they’re aiming to be all-electric by 2025. I think this is ‘go out with a bang’.
