Not a surprise. They already said that the F10 M5 would be the last one equipped with a manual, and more importantly, it just wasn’t that good. It was the E60 all over again: the manual wasn’t designed for the engine, and it showed.

1st gear: Oy vey, this shit is getting old.
2nd gear: Sucks to be them.
3rd gear: So it’s a license for them to print money. Business as usual.
4th gear: Okay.
5th gear: Oy vey.
Neutral: If it were profitable to build small cars in America, the Detroit 3 would build them here. Bob Lutz said several years ago that it isn’t

What RS7?

I should have recognized that.

True.

I know there was an E30 meet in the city Sunday morning (a friend went).

They a high wear thing on the Carrera GT?

I know, I was asking about the M car meet.

If memory serves, it was discovered that the tires on the car in question were over 10 years old. That’d help cause a crash.

Was that on Sunday?

I do not know. Only reason I know about it is because a friend linked it in the FB group I’m in. I was off work that day so I decided to go.

Napleton Aston Martin, next to the McDonalds.

No, not really. Again, innovative, but not my cup of tea.

No. Innovative, yeah, but the styling falls apart in the rear IMO, plus I have no interest in giving money to Elon Musk. The 4 door coupesthing is too played out.

I was there (though I didn’t see it as it happened, friend and I were in the showroom of the dealer this was held at and saw people running to get a look at what happened) and I can think of 4 reasons (3 of them technical) why it happened:

I know GM consulted with Ricardo during development of the High Feature...

What part of ‘or coming to market’ wasn’t clear enough? The Model 3 does not interest me.

1st gear: Nissan should worry about their shitty CVTs first.
2nd gear: I don’t really care about either, what do I win?
3rd gear: Okay, they’re learning. Good.
4th gear: Meh. Not a fan of adaptive cruise (hilarious as it is to be a car that will accelerate to, say, 90 mph of its own accord if there is no traffic ahead).

No, I’m not much for them either. I know that the electric motor will eventually replace the ICE, but right now, none of the EVs on the market (or coming to market) arouse any sort of desire within me. That’s a critical thing with regard to buying a car IMO.

Yeah, I forgot about diesels. They’re the exception in that category.
