This is why I a) back in to spots that have sufficient room, or b) park away from other vehicles. I fully admit that pulling my full-size truck forward into a parking space is a giant pain in the ass and I’d prefer not to do it. It doesn’t have blind spot cameras, forward collision detection or parking sensors - just

I bought my 2014 Silverado LT Crew Cab 4x4 for $21k in July of 2020. I could sell it for anywhere from $26-$29k right now. It’s the only vehicle I’ve ever bought that has appreciated in value that much. I’d consider selling it, but I really like my truck!

Not only that, but the Haas cars look absolutely undriveable this season. The snap oversteer has been brutal to watch.

By the gods, I was so stoked for Lando’s P3. Especially seeing the McLaren in that Gulf livery. Wished we could’ve seen Leclerc out there though.

I can’t offer any solutions, David - I just wanted to say this is disappointing, because this Golden Eagle is legitimately my favorite car you’ve ever written about. Everything about that thing is perfection. I hope you can get her in working order soon!

My father in law’s C4 Corvette after he passed away. We should’ve just kept it! But, we had our 2nd child on the way so it was the “responsible” decision at the time lol

Agreed. After my father in law passed, we had his forest green ‘94 C4 Coupe in our garage for a couple months while we waited for the estate stuff to get sorted out. I drove it a couple times, and while it was a tight fit for me, being 6'3", I still enjoyed the heck out of that car.

Here we are 7 years later, and we

But at least we got his mandatory weekly spin! Sort of. It was like a half spin. I give him a 6/10 for it.

I actually owned a 2005 Vue Redline in this exact color. Bought it in 2013 for $6k and sold it in 2017 for $3k to a good friend of ours. In that timeframe, we took it from 127k miles to 188k miles, and I absolutely loved it.

There were really only 2 issues we had with it - one was weak AC. We thought we were going to

Do you go to a shop to get it done or do you just do it yourself?

I live in Michigan and just bought a 2014 Silverado that I’d like to keep for a long time. The frame is already scaly and I’d like to prevent any further rusting!

I had an all black ‘01 GMC Jimmy 2 door (SLS). It wasn’t the ZR2 version of the 2 door though, unfortunately. I did have a lot of fun driving that thing in the winter though! It was also staggeringly unreliable. I bought it in ‘06 for $5,500 and dumped at least that much into it over the 4.5 years I owned it.

It sounds like it had the same “SmartTrak” AWD system that was in the Bravada. Those were the only S-series based vehicles that had a full time AWD system.

*Laughs in Michigan*

Holy hell. Where is this from?

Right? I’m in the market for a used truck right now and I’m eyeballing Tundra DC 4x4s around 2010.. just need that price to drop a little further.

I’m 6'5" and 250 lbs and I’ve driven the MR2 Spyder that’s been floating between people on my wife’s side of the family. There’s no room to stretch out or anything, but I can drive it comfortably. They’re ridiculously fun little cars to drive.

I’m actually working on trying to sell an MR2 Spyder given to my mother in law by a good friend of hers before he passed. Unfortunately the paint is faded and there’s no 3rd gear. He bought the transmission online and had a local shop install it. The shop confirmed it’s a 3rd gear issue, but she’s still looking for

B99's cold opens were some of the absolute best, and consistently funny bits on TV. This and Holt’s “HOT DAMN” were two of my favorites.

What is South Hampshire.

Oh sweet Jesus. That is beautiful.
