Sonos and Sonance have a partnership for outdoor speakers.

Our house is all Sonos. The outdoor speaker we actually want would be totally weatherproof, and plug into our outside AC outlets for set it and forget it seamless Sonos integration. Lugging something with a a slowly decaying battery back and forth from a charger is a nonstarter.
