For the first year in the US, it’s only available in red, which is stupid. Rose gold is available in Europe, but my guess is that it will probably be offered after the lame red-only first year.

The first two seasons were amazing. The third season with that Danny arc really dampened it, but it was still great. I think what makes the earlier season so great was that it was further in the past and so the alternate history was more interesting. As they got closer to the current era, it got a bit less interesting

That’s great news! Their site seems OK, but I’m glad they are saving it. The only bummer is that it looks they don’t have a comment system and that’s like half of what makes G/O sites so good.

Haulin’ Oates.

I know of Stewart Copeland and less of drumming and I watched the whole thing. That was amazing. He’s amazing!

I was going to say Short Term 12 but that was before Room. She was really great in that too.

I would love to have a boxed set of For All Mankind.

I remember reading somewhere that Jack Nicholson (maybe Keaton) made something like $50M for Batman so it’s the same amount, but that was back in the 90's so that’s like $100M? With Robbie also being a producer of Barbie, she should be getting more it seems. :\

I have one already so I’m half way there! My manual 2023 Mini Clubman S Untold. Then the upcoming electric Mini Cooper JCW in yellow or green. That would be hard to justify, but doable.

This happen to me recently. The valet on duty was the only valet who knew how to drive a manual and his shift (!) was about to end. When I came back out, it was parked right up front and there was a new guy so I hopped right in.

I think that’s the back shed/house. The news footages all show a gray/white middle/upper class style house front.

Unless you’re putting $3000+ per month to retirement or have a very high expectation of retiring comfortably, I can’t see how you can’t afford a 40K car especially without a mortgage/owning a home outright.

I like Polygon for its variety and opinions. And I think they’ve been doing more solid opinion pieces lately.

Sydney Sweeney for Reality should have gotten a nomination. It was basically a one-person close up of her pulling it off perfectly. Also, Denise Gough for Andor.

Good to see Nick Offerman nominated. I remember thinking after the episode, “that has to be nominated for an Emmy!”

After washing your car, drive it around for a few minutes preferably with long stretches of road where you can more than 45mph. Brake just a bit more suddenly, take turns just a tad faster, so the water gets to roll down/out of the car. Just make sure it’s safe. When you return wipe down the rest of the water. Much

I always thought it was funny how the lawyer yells out, “DON’T WAIT FOR THE TRANSLATION!” How is he supposed to know what he said... But yeah, it should be high up on this list.

Yikes, it sounds like I need to get in shape for it. Good to know that there is a taco truck! Thanks for your insight!

Thanks! Can you explain “get there really early”? :) What about food and restrooms?

Wow, there were TWO Audi Quattros? Pikes Peak is on my automotive bucket list. Is it pretty easy/friendly to plan and visit for a weekend of PP?

This is from a Mini Clubman (2023). Super boring. You would think Mini would put some quirky touches to it given their branding, not even a logo. booo...
