You are awesome. I love needlessly complicated cooking like making my own pasta or custard for a trifle etc. Always wanted to try sous-vide but I don't have the patience for it just yet (three little kids). I fully admit not being willing to spend the cash on a special machine. I will be standing on my back porch like

I've done this with my kids and it was probably one of the hardest things I've done. My eldest daughter threw a fit when a nice cashier gave her a cookie. She said it's not what she wanted and started fussing really loudly. We were supposed to get lunch but instead her younger sister got her half of the cookie and my

As a casual (as in three kids, full time work kind of casual) I love GW2. It always has something new and is the first MMO I've managed to see end game in since, well, college.

This is a buckle people. Sigh. Completely (not really it's nitpicky) different thing

I'm in Eisenkrieg. I like it a lot. They usually run recruiting events in Lion's Arch or just message anyone you see with the guild represented.

I've played MMOs pretty consistantly for over 10 years now (everquest, FFXI, WOW and now GW2). The female armour is pretty awful but you can rig it so that you look like you can hold your own in a fight.

I have this book! I met the artists at TCAF and they were pretty cool. Their table is decorated in a a fabric they designed. It's similar to the books. We were looking for a way to tell the kids about where babies come from (they're getting a new cousin and are curious) and this book is great. It doesn't talk only

Cut Loose clothing is great. They're not cheap (in your range) but so comfy and flattering. I'm not plus size but they fit big (sorry for sizes) I'm a 10-12 and the medium and sometimes small fits me. You might have some luck there.

Yeah sorry, I get defensive. I often get told I'm not a real fantasy fan (cause I'm female) or that you out grow it (cause in in my 30s). I still remember the kids making fun of the huge fantasy books I used to read. Now YOU"RE ALL READING THEM mwhahaha. Have you tried Guy Gavriel Kay? If you like more of a "thinking"

I see you feel comfortable lumping an entire area of fiction into the 'silly' category. I have a degree in English and have read many literary works. I have also always loved Fantasy and continue to read it even with the genre label. I don't care if you read the books, if you enjoy the show it's a win for Fantasy

I use Jackie Oates from Lush. It's great for me and I'm a ginger.

Female here. I've loved Fantasy since I was a kid, was a rabid reader of all those epic 10 book long series, love D&D, MMORPGs (like World of War Craft) and I've very tired of other women saying that the genre of Fantasy is derivative and only male driven. Game of Thrones was ground breaking when it came out as it

I used to worry about these things a lot more and now that I'm in my 30s, I don't know, I just kinda figure if I want to wear shorts I'm just gonna do it. You're offended, don't look! That said I wear a lot of capri type pants and really love tighter capri length yoga pants. I'm not too short though 5'4" but I weigh

My dad loves nautical things. I got him a old style sailor telescope thingy and he also has framed a bunch of maritime ocean maps. The telescope was really reasonable and looks swanky on his shelf and the maps look classy. The framing was a bit expensive.

Vote for flabby arms as well. My legs are stumpy and nice and strong, but my arms, while strong, just never really show the definition. And I also spend all day picking up my twin 2.5 year olds at the same time. I think I would have to lose a lot of weight to see the definition.

I've been wearing the same pair for biking/running for about 5 years. I wear them at least 3x per week even if it's just for hanging around the house or to work (I work at a daycare). I do love them, but they are a bit over priced. I get the same use out of my Roots pair that were $60. My husband does say my bum

another vote for gross. I feel guilty at about 2 weeks and then actually wash them at about 3-4 weeks. Sigh.

Shin splints suck. I had them when I first tried running. I found the best way to avoid them is to build up your running gradually, even if you have the cardio vascular strength to run further. So try a couch to 5k method or even just a run 2 min walk 3 min repeat 5 or six times. Then increase by 1 min a week or so.

My twins are Malcolm and River. We couldn't agree on any other names. I offer a dollar to anyone who figures out the connection. So far just one person has won the prize.
