I have an entire pinterest board of these hair styles lol, that's where I first came across them. I just love it. I saw the tutorial on The Beauty Department I guess I'm just terrified of trying to do the dye job myself.

So I really want to do this with my hair, but I have no idea where to start and I haven't been to a hair salon in my area well ever. Does anyone have any at home tips or tips on how to find a salon that would do this type of dye treatment well.
