Do we think Hilary will respond to questions asking why she did it this way? Curious if it was unintentional, or if she really didn't care about spoiling it for people. Or did she just think Jez doesn't have a large SoA following?
I knew I would probably cry... read story anyway... sure enough now I'm crying.
And see New Orleans is the furthest north I have ever lived, and the only place I lived that it ever snowed (albeit only one day, but it at least stayed on the ground for most of the morning).
Unless you live in South Florida, where we have beards and flannel on one guy, and shorts and sandals on the guy right next to him - weather has no bearing.
Same here.
The farthest "North" I have lived is New Orleans (Miami and Gainesville are the other places). I want nothing to do with the GOP and religious right, but I love Miami and have no desire to move. I am writing this so I stop reading comments (which are just pissing me off more) about how people want me to either accept…
Does that mean they can drill off the coast of Florida as much as they want? How far out do their borders reach? If they are not part of US I would think they dont have to listen to US rules about offshore drilling (I dont know how those rules work, just assuming). I'm guessing they would be happy with that.
exactly. the onions are a deal breaker
As someone who has spent my entire life (minus college) living in Miami, I forget that conch is a regional thing.
Split pea with shredded pork, chicken, and plantains. That is how my cuban grandmother made it for me growing up. It is only recipe I wish I knew because I would learn to cook it, but she passed long before I would have ever thought to ask how to make it.
Every time I hear someone use "Bye Felicia" now, I can't help but think about this (as evidenced by my kinja name, this is the team I follow).
Up, because, as you said, that's how mom did it. I actually dont own any glassware (irrational fear of breaking glass cups) so I have no need to protect them from chipping.
Is the issue that these people cannot do it or that they do not want to do it because of the supposed gendered nature of the tasks. I feel like they should have had a chance to perform all of these tasks at some point in their life. Did these people just go straight from their parents home to living with their SO?…
I only knew one other person with that same track. Though I knew others from UF and others from Miami, just not both.
Students at my law school started an FB page titled Weinman High - it was just like high school, so much drama.
I didn't read Paper Chase before law school, haven't read it after. But I was at least aware of the shit show I was walking into in regard to cold calling.
Fair point. I actually dont like either ingredient. I love almost all sausages but breakfast sausage.
Did not know other countries don't get drug ads on TV. Interesting.
Easily, but I hate all forms of eggs, have since I was a child. And I have periodically tried them again and still hate them in all forms.
