Stanford's iTunes U course is phenomenal. But you should learn C before you tackle Obj-C, because Obj-C is a strict superset of C, which means any valid C code is valid Obj-C code.

Ah, one tip from someone who's been there already: toss out everything you know about c++ before you start, it'll just slow you down learning what makes Obj-C great.
