That's what a hose is for, if the cat wants to be a bitch, show it who's boss.

And I work for a software engineering firm in the defense industry. They'd laugh to your face if you suggested letting an Android phone in the building.
Exactly, buy something you like and which works well and reliably from the get go.
I run nightly builds, I update daily, sometimes multiple times a day. It's just something you automate away and let run in the background. I can't remember the last time an update got in my way.
Oh don't forget Android phones running Gingerbread! (And when Jellybean comes out it will likely be Gingerbread and ice cream sandwich).
On a whole I don't trust people on Facebook to act so intelligently.
It's only beyond repair when they admit that they lost their backups of the old system.
I have no issues with Mail.app. And I get between 800 to 1000 emails a day. There's a reason clients have rules and smart mailboxes, etc. email practically handles itself these days.
For a good laugh try and tell that to the women of your country. Fucking Republicans are all up in their business every day of the week.
Redundant doesn't mean broken. I'd sooner get email than have someone assume I read their facebook status changes.
You do have to set it up, but you don't have to pay anything. http://www.apple.com/iphone/built-in-apps/find-my-iphone.html
Here's hoping this gets Sherlocked.
Or you know, free from Apple.

These are things that make our life enjoyable, thus it is pertinent to buy the ones that maximize that quality. The fact that you can't see a difference without either holding two devices side by side or…
Hey Adam, nice job suppressing the only thread that has any traction. Fucking twit.
Well this is the most popular thread and it's being deliberately suppressed by the powers that be, that's rather telling about their confidence in the system!
The goal is clearly to sell data to advertisers, the whole system is set up to aggregate data about you and track every single click.
The database that the comment system queries for every click that you make tends to get overloaded quite easily. That's why comments disappear and why the whole system is so god-damn slow.
I never advise extending a contract because of how much the carriers will bend over for you when you aren't on contract. As for what phone, that depends on you, but in my experience if you don't want to be tearing your hair out don't go for an android phone.
Replying to help make sure this thread stays on top. Fuck the new commenting system. And fuck the site admins for forcing it down our throats.
