Plus, GTA4's story had the whole immigrant in cynical America thing going, which really hit the zeitgeist of the time it came out. Going back to regular criminals committing crimes just doesn't seem all that compelling. I hope I'm wrong, but I'm waiting for reviews before I get my hopes up.
