I hate splitting checks. There have been times I've been out with people that I don't trust are going to leave an adequate tip. I usually end up leaving extra tip then. Especially if I see that they haven't left enough. There are also people that I know will insist on picking up the whole tab and tip but then under

I think I have the same ticklish spot as you. I need to remember not to get a tattoo there.

gd forbid you send your kid outside to play. You'll get arrested.

Oh that is ridiculous. Do these parents also still wipe their kids bums?

On one hand you get told kids can't do anything for themselves these days. On the other hand you risk getting arrested if you encourage them to do things for them self or own their own.

unfortunately no.

There might be no excuse for it but that's what happens far too often.

Quitting on the spot wouldn't pay her bills. She's lucky she still has health insurance through us. Her current job she is eligible for health insurance but that would cost money she doesn't have.

Welcome to the world of minimum wage work. At least she wasn't touching food, infecting who knows how many people?

she's fine now. Was a couple years ago. I didn't even find out until later. No. she was not allowed to go home.

I went in for a retail shift with food poisoning once. The understanding manager let me work in back where I spent most of my shift laying on the floor. No sick pay so I went in sick.
