admittedly the tournament was because I REALLY DID NOT WANT LABOR INDUCED. After the tournament we went to Sam's club and walked through every aisle. I went into labor a few hours later but still needed pitocin. Grumble.

I taught martial arts through my entire last pregnancy. I rode a stationary bike in the mornings then taught class or had my workouts in the evenings. I competed in a tournament the day before they were going to induce. The one concession I made was I stopped sparring the instant I found out I was pregnant.
