one of my daughters was getting bullied and physically assaulted in elementary school. The school did nothing. I warned the school she was going to lay the kid out next time it happened. So she did and that stopped it.

The closest facilities have really bad reputations. For good reasons. I feel bad for all involved. There are no good answers or solutions to this. Removing the bully protects the victim but doesn't guarantee he'll get whatever help he needs. It's all nice for internet commentators to say the bully should be committed.…

Shrug. That's how it's done in Kenosha County. So your jurisdiction isn't relevant. You file the paperwork and get an immediate temporary restraining order. You then serve the individual and have a hearing for a longer term restraining order.

The closest Kenosha has is Hillcrest. For middle and high schoolers. Not 5 yr olds.
