I would agree that he shouldn't be able to use her drunkenness as a defense in court. He needs to go to prison.

Nice defense of drunk driving there.

Murderous, perhaps not. Criminal? What? Is it legal to get high, drunk and drive where you live?

I lost my uncle to a drunk driver. When you get behind the wheel while drunk, you ARE trying to murder people, even if you won't admit it.

Like I said, no good guys here. McBride wasn't just drunk. She was smashed drunk. Over twice the legal limit. And then on top of that, she was high.

You're going to defend drunk driving by portraying her as some sort of innocent? You ever lose a loved one to a drunk driver?

Definitely no good guys in this story. Drunk, high woman tries to kill people with her car, then gets murdered by a racist freak. Yikes.

Just what we need... another 8 years of a Clinton. Because the last one wasn't enough to kill us off, right?

The rich, black person we've got is doing the exact same thing as the old rich white guys did.

I think Marie is awesome, and I'm white. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

Or I'll just call you full of it and walk away.

What? I didn't ask what Angela did. I asked where all these white people who are upset her character are. Got some links? Blogs or something?

The story says that. And it said it before you posted your snark.

What? Who's pissed about Angela's attitude on the show?

They only show up in the credits on some episodes, because the show is just weird that way.

Of course we don't all play by the same rules. I can't think of even one sphere of life where everyone is on equal footing with the law.

Yay for A&E!

I never defended the American. You defended a human trafficker.

Wow, what an impassioned defense of slavery and human trafficking. You should be proud.

I was prepared to be upset on her behalf until I read how privileged and elitist she acted during the process.
