Not the first time a truck caught fire at a NASCAR race

Sounds more like it was canceled because the race organizers squandered the cash and failed to actually organize the race outside of ticket sales. Story says they lacked permits, lacked physical barriers, general organization etc.

I just don’t know that the Oklahoma City Sonics get to pull this card.
