If teams and drivers knew there were actually meaningful consequences for acting like this it would stop happening multiple times a year. Even the on track stuff wouldn’t happen as much if teams knew they would get penalties for it.

Between the actual cautions, the red flag, and the segment stops this feels like it’s taking forever. Not sure adding more downtime to an event is is going to help bring in more fans.
