I live in Boise and sad that this guy is making the rest of the state look bad. It is almost as if he never heard of a fricken dress code before. If you don't like your employees wearing tutus, then put it in your dress code. Unless you happen to own a dance studio I doubt you'll have any problems.

I think Gearbox can do enough on it's own to damage its reputation and doesn't really need any help.

I agree. I've ended interviews early, but not nearly enough of them.

I used to work for an interventionist....actually one of the interventionists that appeared on the show, and I've taken hundreds of initial phone calls from families and friends seeking help for their loved ones. In my experience pretty much every addict had something else going on. Nobody was "just" an addict.

That is called grazing and is considered theft. You should purchase the apples first and then let the kids consume them. Apples are not a standardized size, as if that mattered, and "willingness" to purchase them after the fact by rough guesstimation does not compensate the store for the actual product.

Found another Lifehacker post detailing this tumblr account

Weren't all these just taken from a Tumblr account that Lifehacker already posted about months ago?

Sweet, I really needed a replacement roof rack.

I have the same problem, and I'm not that tall.

My advice for buying and arranging flowers is much simpler: get a local florist. I have a local florist for my home, and one where my mother and step-mother lives. The first time (or anytime you can) actually go into the florist to make your order. Specify a dollar amount and let them create the arrangement.

I am a big fan of the Fujitsu ScanSnap family of scanners. The reason why I like these scanners is because of the software support side of things. The desktop units are pricey, but come (or at least came....been a while) with a full version of Adobe Acrobat. That was great, but the big software issue was the

I consider myself fortunate I've driven four of the vehicles on that list....and I'm not a car guy.

I couldn't agree more. Just do whatever the employer is asking for. If the want just the resume faxed in, just fax the resume. If they wasn't a cover letter, you better send one. When I was hiring I'd request a specific format & application method and any who did not follow the instructions wouldn't even be looked

A lot of great advice here. I'm used to just writing off the security deposit because no matter how much you clean or how well you document, landlords don't want to give back any money. At my last apartment they tried to charge me above and beyond my security deposit for things like "sweeping out the

I have a tea brewer with this same set up and it is AWESOME.

I had a decent paying job for a small company that I was planning on one day taking over when the owner passed on. The hours were long and my boss, the owner, was an ass, but I managed to double the size of the company I was planning on getting some day. That was until I found out he has violating his industry's

I rooted my phone to get rid of the manufacturer crapware. I have a Samsung Galaxy S II that wouldn't update the OS. The very day I finally root it, 21 months and several expected updates later, the crappy Keis software finally recognizes an update is available. I'm running as close to a pure Android OS as possible

If you were that concerned I'd just use some toothpaste powder instead.

The kid might not have ever played the game. He could have simply played with the Halo Mega Blocks or even just some of the action figures.

My first computer was also a Vic-20. I remember having some games for it, but the best I did was make a Dungeons & Dragons PC Sheet on it. I have no idea why I did that because I didn't exactly have a printer.
