I say NASA makes Greta an offer if she can arrange for a broadband connection somewhere near Pluto she can have 1st crack at the pics.

Generally speaking, the number 1 factor for promotion (more pay, better work, etc.) is a willingness to move. Changing jobs, companies, or locations...all of these are “moves”.

I simply use a four digit key code that I’ve memorized and then write a clue to the card’s pin that incorporates that code. Say my key code is 1234 (it isn’t, but you’ll get the point) and the pin number is 5678. I’d write 6802 on the card. Now when I need to look up the pin I just know to “subtract” my code from the

I bought several of these to give as company gifts (the boss wanted something useful & different). I kept two fro myself and use them everyday at home and on the road.

There are plenty of CLEP and DANTES tests that you can get college credit for. Sometimes you can take them for free as well. It’s been decades since I tested, but I got 6 Humanities credits. I only got “generic” credit at my college, but when even State schools are running over $300 a credit hour......

I’ve used International Textbooks before and found they were usually soft-cover and a fraction of the price. I’ve also gotten buy using older textbooks by checking with the professor before class starts. Often the “new” textbook is pretty much the same as the old, right down to the questions. It just gets reorganized

I was an ETAC working with the Army as an Airman and saw the rank-thing from a bit of an outsider perspective. Since most of our officers were temporarily-reassigned fighter pilots we had a bit of camaraderie and familiarity that often transcended rank.

If you are the type who thinks that your grill must be “seasoned” and disdain cleaning it...ever, why don’t you just split the difference? Give the grill a good annual cleaning, inspecting it for wear and general maintenance, and then once clean fire it up and cook something to get some seasoning?

I don’t think that Metro clip is a glitch. I played through that a few times and noticed if I was quick enough I could be there for the guy’s death.

I like how he made some mistakes/errors and just corrected best he could....

Honestly, if it is a property that you stay at regularly I find it better to tip $20 on check out (and don’t screw over housekeeping!) than it is to try and finagle an upgrade on check-in.

I had an actual serious parking brake problem that Sears quoted me one amount and about an hour to repair and ended up tacking a zero or two to the bill (more than the car was worth) and keeping it overnight.....without notifying me. I ended up missing out on some work (new job...no show, so let go) and Sears tried

Look at him at about the 30” mark...I don’t think he knows the words to the song....

That’s great, but I still suggest some loose ice and packaging your food against the wet.....water insulates better than air in your cooler so the melted water still has some use.

I don’t know if this is a trick, but if you have the space bring 2 ice chests for your food. One chest is long-term storage and is opened but once a day....to put that day’s food into your second chest. You can take that 1st chest and store it away to make the ice last longer without having to resort to buying a $100+

I tried to play the game on my iPad but there wasn’t any sound. When hitting the “help” button the iPad went to the Bethesda website where I had to select the game I needed help with. No big deal there, but the Fallout Shelter’s page just told me to hit the “help” button in-game......

I agree, but must admit I’ve had a couple of interviews where the 1st comment was “gee, you shouldn’t have dressed up”. Both interviews were for managerial positions which told me right off the bat I wasn’t getting hired. I’m sure in one case they had their new hire hand-selected before they even posted the position.

Stay classy....

If I could buy your dad a beer I would!

I got married a day before my sister.
