Oh, yeah, I can see some ginger being good in there.

I’ve just discovered Walmart’s packaged pulled rotisserie chicken. It’s tasty and makes it really easy to mix up some chicken salad for lunch at work. Yesterday I made some, just mixed together about 4 oz of the chicken, a tablespoon of mayo, and a snack packet of nuts and dried cherries, then made a sandwich on keto

Lemon is a critical ingredient for a good chicken soup, IMO. You want just enough lemon flavor that it makes you think, “Is there a bit of lemon in this?”

We have a local place that makes taco, BLT, and cheeseburger pizzas that are really good.

I’m curious if you were led to The Prisoner after watching Severance? I feel like there are a lot of similarities, or at least influences. Recently. :D

No Big Belly Burger or CC Jitters?

I’ve had ostrich, and weirdly it’s more like beef pot roast than chicken. Doesn’t mean it couldn’t be breaded and fried, though!

We sent Martha Stewart to prison for some small-time insider trading. We can surely put this MF away for a while for his many much worse crimes.

I feel like you could go all-in on the BLT and chop up bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, and a little finely shredded lettuce. Mix it all up with some mayo and put it between two slices of toasted sandwich bread. If I hadn’t already just eaten lunch, I’d be really hungry now thinking about this.

Something I have a lot with lunch at work is raw broccoli/cauliflower/carrots with salt, pepper, and drizzles of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Also a mix of blueberries and raspberries, treated the same way. It’s amazing how good berries are with those traditionally savory add-ons.

How about tater tots? That sounds pretty great on a salad to me right now.

A few years ago we bought a fairly cheap little chest freezer. I measured it and found a metal 3-shelf rack online that fits inside and really helps keep it more organized. The alternative was just piling things inside and having to dig for them any time we wanted something.

Agreed on the paper vs. plastic. I’m in the southern half of Illinois, where we still grow peaches, though not as many as we once did. I planted a peach tree in my yard two years ago, so I’m hoping to have some of my own eventually. I planted a couple of apple trees, too. There are still a lot of apples grown in the

Along those lines, putting a banana in a paper bag with something like an avocado or tomato will help ripen those things quicker, too.

Mediterranean one was good. Possibly the healthiest thing ever offered from the major fast food chains.

All of Wendy’s salads are pretty dang good. My favorite is the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad. I’ve spent way too much time thinking about that salad, and it’s practically perfect in every way. Every component of it contributes at least two elements to the taste or texture. Salty, sweet, crunchy, spicy, creamy, savory,

Well, my daily driver is already my 2004 SRT-4 Neon. Bought it new, now at 240K miles. Just added some subtle classy stripes when I had it repainted.

It sounds like the guy was still a dumbass, but I have to admit it is easy for me to mentally confuse Ecotec and Ecoboost unless think about it for a second.

The food on the plane was great. I’m a big fan of a Turkish breakfast: typically something like olives, cheese, bread, egg, tomato, and hummus. Really delicious and satisfying. Turkish Airlines also has free tours of Istanbul during your layover, if it’s long enough. My wife and I really wanted to do that, and it fit
