A Turkish breakfast is my favorite, typically cheese, olives, eggs, bread, tomato, hummus. Usually I just abbreviate it to cheese and olives.

There’s an insane amount of room in the Element, but I gotta say it’s not comfortable for a long trip. When I did my One Lap of America gig in 2006, our media team was in an Element for the ~3000 mile trip, and the amount of space we had was the only positive. It didn’t ride or drive very well for that length of trip.
