I’m convinced you can put a good aged balsamic vinegar on absolutely anything. Fruit, ice cream, meat, veggies, anything.

What flavor of pie?

Yes, I think that one is definitely a Bonneville. I graduated from high school in ‘84, and I love the ‘80s stuff in Stranger Things. My family and my wife’s family both had those GM cars back then. Ours was a Delta 88, I remember. I think we went through 2 or 3 of those over the years. My dad said he kept putting car

(Tacking on here, since it’s about that car...) My parents have an ‘82 Ford version of that wagon with just 20-something K miles on it. Dad’s a Ford guy, and he bought it at an estate sale a few years ago so he and mom would have an air-conditioned car to drive on car club trips. They’ve got a ‘55 Victoria (not a Crown

More like a high five than a slap.

Ha! Just yesterday a friend of mine said, “An expert is just a guy from out of town with a briefcase.”

Looks delicious! A few years ago I was at a hotel overseas that had an international breakfast buffet every morning, with foods from all around the world. After trying most of it over a few days, to my surprise I found that my favorite breakfast was olives and cheese, maybe with a little fruit.

Kate’s tastes usually seem to align more with me in these battles, but I had to give it to Dom this time, because before I even started reading I told myself I’d vote for whoever mentioned peanut butter. Of course, my own peanut butter shortbread cookies are the best. :)

Me, too! You can order a Buttermilk Crispy Chicken with only pickles, and it’s not quite the same, but pretty similar.

As with many past technologies, if only the boffins could figure out a way to use flying cars for porn, we could have them tomorrow.

Ha! That makes me think of this I saw at a hotel years ago.

Oh, it definitely doesn’t work with Stage 2 or 3 PCMs. I was S2 w/turbo toys before I installed it. Now I’m using a stock PCM recalibrated for the S2 injectors, MAP, and other components. There is a way, reportedly, to get my S2 toys working again with cruise support, but I haven’t tackled it yet.

As usual, I stuck with homemade ice cream. My favorite recipe is dead simple, just half-and-half, sugar, vanilla, and salt. No eggs or cooking required, simply dump it all in the ice cream freezer and turn it on. It’s sooo good. Too good; I have a hard time not eating it all at once. I’ve made other flavors. A couple

I added factory cruise 3 years ago, and I love it. I got most of the pieces from a parts car I bought that I was lucky actually had the factory add-on kit. It was fairly straightforward, although it requires a very minor amount of fabrication for the throttle body cam.

I bought an SRT-4 new 16 years ago, and I’m still daily driving it now at almost 219K miles. But that absolutely was the right call for the movie. The Neon really would have seemed out of place.

Yes, I was going to say that field garlic, also commonly called wild onion, is really delicious. The flavor is somewhere between garlic and onion. The greens can be a little fibrous, but the stalk and bulb saute up nicely, and could be used instead of onion in most anything.

We don’t have any 5 Guys in our area, but went last month when visiting our daughter and son-in-law, and I agree, the fries were great. Perfect fluffy potato-y interior and crispy outside.

The Shelby cars used Garrett turbos. Some of Dodge’s other turbo cars used Mitsubishi.

RIP Mr. Iacocca. He was also the one who brought Carroll Shelby to work with Chryslers, culminating in our beloved, and sometimes cursed, Shelby Dodge turbo cars.
