Have you played all the Crysis games? I would not say they are lacking in the polished gameplay department...Maybe they aren't your cup of tea, but they are pretty objectively excellent. Major criticisms: Crysis 2 suffered from expectations based on the original (too linear, combat area didn't feel as free form).

Where is Social/Friends?

Seriously. DVR or no DVR? You can already watch live TV on the 360. Without a DVR it is a pretty useless feature...Hoping for a confirmed answer soon, so I can know if I'm excited or disappointed.

I heard no mention of DVR capabilities. If it isn't a DVR, then it is useless for TV (just like the 360).

Dear God, please let DICE make a new Battlefront! Are you kidding me!?!? Come on!

Seriously, who is designing the YES/NO/NOT YET + Info boxes these days? They went from purposely loud, but well constructed to just plain ugly (and clearly saved as a JPG when it should be a PNG24 or better yet actual HTML). Someone needs a refresher on the importance of padding and margins at the very least.

Ah, I forgot there isn't much info out there about the Vita Arkham game (its in the new Game Informer - which hasn't hit stores, but can be seen via iPad). The main guys behind the Metroid Prime series are making a 2.5D side scrolling metroidvania style game in the Arkham universe. I'm far more excite for IT than I am

Shadow Complex is a must play. Can't wait for the new Arkham Vita game.

Excellent....this means Rocksteady is getting an extra year (or 2) to build a true next-gen Batman game...excellent...

SPOILERS!!!! QUESTION ABOUT THE ENDING!!!!

SERIOUSLY, HUGE SPOILERS IN THIS POST!!!

So a couple of things I want to get peoples read on:

Welllllll shit....I will not get a Wii U, I will not get a Wii U....I really hope they at least release this for PC...I was just thinking about how I want to do the true stealth run, but those damn bosses...

I guess I'll read it. I think I was just seriously burnt out on GoT reading, having read 1 - 3 back-to-back.

I hope they don't stretch book 3 into two seasons! That would be a shame. I am so looking forward to my friends and family freaking out over some of the stuff towards the end of book 3.

Oops, my mistake! Good news for the show! Though I've read an in-depth summary of Book 4 (because I heard it was so bad I didn't want to read it after finishing the 3rd) and it does not sound like exciting TV. Hopefully blending Books 4 and 5 will keep things interesting.

The more immediate problem is that the 4th (and currently last) book only covers a few of the characters (most of which TV viewers haven't even met yet) and is regarded as bad and boring. Season 3 is going to have people freaking out from sheer insanity and then the show is either going to start diverging from the

For $60 single player games - keep the transactions out of the in-game UI. Let me buy Lara's pitch ax upgrade (instead of gathering enough resources), but don't shove it in my face when I'm in the game world. Some gamers, especially those that LOVE single player action adventure games, still want to be immersed in a

Did anyone else get a bit of a Dishonored vibe playing Crysis 3? I noticed it about 2/3 through the game. Big areas. Multiple objectives. Options to sneak and kill fewer enemies or start firing and KNOW that it meant more enemies would come. There was a specific level, when you're taking out alien air defense stuff. I

I never understood the "its just a tech demo" thing. Crysis 1 had huge environments, vicious AI, insane physics on smaller buildings (making it scary as hell when you're spotted, go running into a building, only to have a car full of enemies to roll up and shooting the building to shit, forcing you to go prone and

The game is pretty damn awesome. Especially the 2nd half. This is not exactly Pitchford proclaiming the merits of DNF and Aliens. I see no reason for Crytek to be anything but proud of their new baby. I know they want to go all free-to-play, but I hope that doesn't mean we don't get another great single player game

I played Crysis 2 first. Beat it on normal and supersolider. Then I played Crysis 1 on Xbox. Freaking LOVED it. Then got a great PC and played Crysis 1 again on PC. LOVED IT. Then played Crysis 3 on Supersolider from the start. Appreciated the balance act of 1 and 2, but 1 still wins. I just went back and played 1
