Try Llama, I switched from Tasker to Llama because it's so much simpler and does what I need.

I'm always surprised Wuala isn't getting more love. Client side encryption, sync or backup any folder your like, 5 gb for free, reasonable pricing. It's just so much more flexible than these alternatives (and I've tried them all).
