Thanks for the detailed response and im glad you are enjoying your van. Im not a vanlife person but my wife and i spend usually 3-4 weeks out camping a year and as i have gotten older there are fewer and fewer nights backpacking and more nights car camping.

How do you like your transit? If i were to get rid of my 4x4 and my teardrop for more of a one stop solution the Transit vans seem like a good choice.

Very much so, but right now they'd still sell every one they could make.

Some stuff doesn’t bug you much right up front. I think most everyone has been there at one time or another, you think “It’s not that bad, I’ll get used to it” but over time the annoyance becomes hatred.

I would hypothesize that anyone buying an Equinox probably doesn’t give a shit either.

Seeing that this Bronco is rated for 36 inches of fording, you may be right

Then, someone drove deliberately around the ROAD CLOSED sign, and right into the hole, like, well, a raccoon or an idiot would.

I can’t believe I’d ever yearn for a slideshow.

Hey now, don’t you talk ill of Al Bundy. He may not have gone on to the pros, but he had a full time job, owned a house, a car, a beautiful wife that adored him in all her snide, over coiffed glory, two kids, and a dog. Sure he didn’t have the money for the finger things in life, but he had pretty much everything most

Don’t be a Dick

Honda driver was a Dick, Raptor driver was a Dick.

Mercedes should let the group that designs the G wagons loose on the rest of the lineup. The Dove shape is iconic on the soap, but when turned upside down with wheels added it just looks sad, like something melted or warped in the sun.

Seriously, I’m all for hating on billionaries, but as billionaire yachts go, this is pretty cool.

So they’re repurposing a ship that would otherwise be dismantled in an environmentally friendly manner, and your take is it’s bad, just because it’s for a billionaire?

Still, Oil is cheap, Engines expensive.

Yeah, they’re not going to move in to lower margin segments until they actually saturate the higher margin ones.

Why a $25,000 Tesla will never come: because people are climbing over each other to pay $50,000 instead.

Baker’s dozen maybe?

I’m glad we can finally kickstart our war against the moon. Big shiny bastard, taunting us up there all the time.
