For super cars I tend to see the mpg as a mean to the fuel range. If the car can achieve the reasonable range without too much sacrifice in other areas than the mpg figure itself becomes less significant.

Harry reminds me of the couple that used to live across the street where I grew up, that moved to the US from France in the 50s. Dude had the most awesome, meticulously crafted, detailed, train set imaginable. The layout was something around 300 square feet. And he'd just invite you (my 5 year old self and my dad)

My offering was based on the fact the last generation was built ten years ago and my hopes that Ford has improved the fuel economy along with most everything else about this model. Innovation and refinement include fuel economy, not just curb weight reduction,
