As an AT&T customer, i'm actually quite excited because my neighbor has T-Mobile and he gets service, I do not. If AT&T is going to swallow T-Mobile in the way i think it will, I'll be one lucky person.

@Instantpontaneous: It means that it monitors your device, moves data back and forth, and gives the user an option panel. It sounds like this guy is a little too late to invent the cell phone tower.
