To echo biolady - the bugle podcast is a thing of extreme beauty and hilaruty. Plus if you're new there's around 280 hours to work through.
Any single person can get their hands on it - there is no age problem with buying it. News agents might sometimes prevent children from buying it, but that's just an 'off their own backs' kind of thing - and certainly not prescribed.
