Way over payload? The information was he towed 100 pounds over without trailer brakes, makes no mention of being overloaded. If the colorado was overloaded then I wouldn’t care. P.S. Tacoma rear ends are made in Murica.

Hydrogen range anxiety will soon be in the past.
Oh and before you go throwing rocks and glass buildings, defend Chevy Colorado frame bending.
So we’re just going to make up shit because you don’t like a particular brand? Why would Toyota import differentials from Japan when they’re made here in North America where its cheaper to produce overall? I’ve driven MANY vehicles, I’ve driven MANY Tacomas with high and low mileage and in over 2 decades, I cant…
Theres literally over 10 on one street alone in my city. Stereo shops are big business here in cali.
My friends in stereo shops would disagree with you. The plastics are flimsy and the construction is subpar. They line almost every mating surface with felt to eliminate vibrating, rattling and creaking. Even unmodified Colorados suffer from rattles and its a common complaint.
Either way, BMW is happy to make Supras. They can finally sell way more Z4s while paying Toyota royalties for using the Toyota Supra badge.
A lot of countries still get it. Lovely 4x4s.
I’ve driven bigger but here’s my daily driver Prius.
What do all modern engines not have? Push rods. All ICEs are built mostly similar so this bullshit about toyota engines being ancient in comparison with their peers is exactly bullshit. Direct injection? Toyota was one of the first to implement this technology in the 90s in a mass produced consumer vehicle. D4S which…
First of all, no. They cannot make an efficient, powerful and out of the box 3 ton SUV powered by gasoline. Ask ANY JEEP GM FORD RAM guy who sacrificed their lower aero, taller gear ratios and small tires for better offroadability. Ask GM why the ZR2 gets worse MPGs than a lowrider Colorado. You cannot have it both…
Actually other SUVs like a Tahoe sit way lower, are not as heavy and have chin spoilers to deflect air. The engine in the land cruiser isn't "old" which you're brain washed to say because thats what you heard the media say. The GM engines are ancient using pushrod design thats over 6 decades old? Use your brain, font…
Probably because there's more to MPG than engine design. Ever heard of Aerodynamics? All 3 of those lack a big amount of that.
LS swap.
I absolutely love my Cressidas but mine are blessed with Toyotas buttery V8 and 2JZ, both with shift it yourself transmissions. One with awesome velour interior, the other with two tone brown/tan cow hides and synthetic tree bark. The dash isnt held together by clips but hidden screws and 8mm bolts. Toyota X8s are…
And if you’re into more weird shit, enjoy the truck and transfer.
Well I’m familiar with Japan’s confusion with our fascination in old cars so I can only assume Japan thinks the LC is retarded.
Is 110 double 30? Where or how did you assume I thought 110 was a price? Ive been around LRs for decades I know their nomenclature.
So in other words, the 300 will be neutered and/or wont be available for USA.
Only difference is the FJ Cruiser is an offroad monster that retailed for $30,000 new and this thing is a rebodied discovery for double the price. No comparison.
