To give you guys an idea of what kind of blind spot you get from a MODERN sloped hood truck with a factory blind spot mirror installed. From my seating position you can clearly see a big Kia just disappeared and it's 2 feet away from the front of the truck.

The only thing i’ve ever liked that came out of germany was seat belts and ABS/traction control. They can keep their vibrating seat bolsters and 50 million computers controlling each and every circuit in the vehicle.
