I think you overestimate the average car buyer. Sure, anyone who has actually spent time in expensive cars will be able to tell the difference between a BMW/Lexus and a Malibu, but the average idiot wouldn’t be able to tell. I have plenty of friends/relatives that could sit in a new Chevy/Ford/whatever and think it

especially since I doubt even half of those pre-orders will turn into sales. I look at the photos of those people lining up and all I can imagine them thinking/saying is “LOL OMG I’m being part of something LOOK AT ME!”

You linked 4 terrible looking cars. Why wait 2.5 years when they’re all weird as hell to look at? If you’re desperate for an electric car, that is.

If you want affordable all electric right now, get a 3 year lease on a Leaf for $199 a month to tide you over until the Tesla 3 will (allegedly) be available. The Leaf even comes with an instrument cluster and air vents.

Am I the only one who sees it?

it was a nice interior, but the best of the 90s in a FWD coupe has to go to the 4th gen prelude to me.

I feel like a lot of these FWD sport-coupes from the late 80's and 90's were more fun than we give them credit for. Mainly because a lot of them were pretty light, small, and a lot of them had great visibility and were revvy if a little low on power.

Happy Friday to you too! Here’s a photo of a vanilla Frosty from Wendy’s:

Only a good guy with a remote can stop a bad guy with a remote.

I’ll pray for your tv to stop turning to that channel.

You are doing it wrong. One should ALWAYS watch Fox News with the sound down.

That actually may be a better slogan than “Fair and Balanced”-”Fox News - 24 Hours of Bullshit”

Thank you, Tyler. It’s kinda lonely in the ‘sane people club’, innit?

Why be nice to Lincoln when you can spend so much time blowing Lexus executives?

That’s more like Jalopnik.

I don’t know why you’re crapping all over the Volt. It’s a really great car. It’s sooo much nicer than a Prius or any electric car in that price range, has no range anxiety, and most owners only end up getting gas a handful of times a year. If you live less than 15-20 miles from work, the Volt is fantastic.

Not every car needs a manual. With one exception, I’ve only had cars with manual transmissions. Most are a good match, but some are not. Our ‘13 GTI has convinced me that five speeds is just right, six just gets tedious. The manual transmission on my ‘02 Z06 has taught me to really hate the car. Between the on/off

That mid-size Buick CUV is going to make money hand over fist. Money that will allow Buick to sell things like the Cascada and the Avista.

How could you not mention the "flair!" The fun, exciting, upbeat charming "flair" that the employees all wear? That's what puts the TG in IF!
