SPOT-ON! I am dealing with a Galaxy Note 9.....yes, an IT guy with a 6 year old phone.....it’s frikkin GREAT!! Samsung Dex alone (plug it into a docking station, and it becomes a PC with a desktop, icons and everything) is worth keeping it!

It costs 32K.......what are we actually wanting from something like this?
As usual....I bet if we replaced the word “Toyota” with the letters “GM”....the tone of this article is COMPLETELY different!
IN an alternate universe where this is a ground up Acura....no other differences....this is a COMPLETELY diff review. God forbid this had been a ground up Toyota. This review would be a slurpfest for them. Add in the GM aspect, and all the low-hanging fruit Auto-Journo hot takes on quality pop up....so predictable!
I agree with some of the other posts.....I have rented a Camry AND a Highlander in the last 24 months, and they BOTH felt like they were made of tin. Every time I am in a Toyota....I ask myself “what do all these people see in these?”.
I get it, having low maintenance costs IS nice, but having bipolar interiors with…
I hear you....I swear, but next time when you’re in traffic....take a look-see at all the cars that have ADULT back-seat passengers. I do this all the time to see why auto-buffs like us and auto journos always quote back seat space. I NEVER see enough to warrant how this is still mentioned so much in sedan reviews.…
Sounds like the computer will let you start the day with electric only, but once depleted...you can’t turn it back to EV mode after the batt. regens.
An All-EV mode would send this thing to the stratosphere! Would be sweet to run a few errands and not burn gas.
Let the insensitivity begin! You DO understand that most of the cars reviewed on this site can’t be afforded by the majority of 9-5'ers. It must be nice to drive all of those new expensive cars for the sake of WORK! WE havta make 125K PLUS to afford “regular” cars now. Adjust what you think BROKE is.
One....still destroys my brain that this was Gary Oldman....two...epic post!!
Anybody else EVER notice.....when the caption has a negative connotation on this site for these articles....it’s almost ALWAYS an American vehicle! Nice way to perpetuate the stigma!!
WOW....not that the observations aren’t true in this article....but uhh. it’s just more Auto Journo low hanging fruit narrative stuff (i.e. the Pontiac Aztec is the ugliest/worst car ever...or how German engineering can do no wrong *ahem see Volkswagen AHEM*).
Where are the articles on the abomination that was the…
Imagine a world....where Honda/Acura makes this car....then slaps a Buick logo on it and charges the same price.....the outrage would be out of control!!! 51K.....for an Acura’d Civic? Probably a great car....just too many other options at the price point.
Soooooo....basically....these segments are to ONLY crap on American cars? Never has any carmaker form outside the U.S. made a crappy car worth a video?!? Huh....go figure. It’s getting old guys. Please stop with-the low-hanging fruit.
He just dissed it because you know....It’s American, so why do homework on the crap that came from VW, Toyota or even their beloved Hyundai!
Literally LOL’d to this.
2016 Honda Accord Sport. Yeah...I know, I know. A good, but not great car as some slaps would have you believe. I could never get by the CVT, terrible sound system, and the infotainment was basically 8 diff ways to look at your MPGs. Just wished it would have had a bit more “character” for those looks it has/had!
This is a ridiculous take. Max lunged HARD on the turn 1.....if Hamilton would have turned into the curve...he would’ve have collided with M.V.......what was he supposed to do?
We all know what we just witnessed.....bull ish
So this is just the norm now as long as it’s a Toyota?!? We just let anything they do off the hook because...reliability?! Come on....Toyota doesn’t get to make a car that is just “there”, and we’re all like “Oh that Toyota did it again!”. Review this car as if the name of it was “Chevy Cruise Cross”. SAME car, diff…
Wonder if this had been some kind of BMW or even a modified VW....would this article have been written?
