Dummy was carrying a battery uncovered. He shorted it out is all. Something in his pocket cause a solid connection from positive to negative causing the battery to vent. It doesn’t take much for very long. It’s really dumb to carry a 20 Amp battery in your pocket unprotected. Vaping is safe, people are dangerous. 

Best question to ask and not get in trouble for answering is, “would you rehire this person if you had a need?”

I didn't drink any until I kinda felt like I should because of a sport hero I'm a fan of. I actually like Red Bull, a lot! It looks 'thick' like I don't like but it's not and it is very refreshing.
