No. Our legal system is more protective of employees than in the US, not less. It also gives power to strikers, since it’s far less easy to fire someone here for toeing the line.

I need to start a new game again, I played vanilla Fallout 4 but not much of it modded.

I put a TON of time into settlements in vanilla (and loved it). I started a second play-through with the plan to mostly ignore settlements, which is why I installed Sim Settlements - I figured let the settlers sort things out for themselves.

About six months I decided to take another crack at Fallout 4 with a shit ton of mods added in because it’s traditional to mod bethseda games until they break. I added in Sim Settlements thinking it might make the settlements marginally more interesting than they were at launch.
