I totally agree. I actually use Goozex.com 's game trading service. I buy about one or two games a year and the rest I get through Goozex by way of game credits and a little patience. It's like $3.30 to ship a game out and $2 for a token to request. The rest is up to the value of the game based on demand. I got

That response is so awesome. Have a good day sir. You've already made mine awesome, :)

damn... but that is so true. I guess the problem with Detroit is bureaucracy. Someone's bound to try to keep you from doing anything because it's something at all, :\

This game has always been near and dear to my heart. I remember the music from the first person parts and the 8-bit version of the Cyndi Lauper is one of my iPhone ringtones. I wish I could go back and play the arcade version. It definitely had better graphics (in my memories, at least).

I never got to play my copy of Wing Commander with sound. My first computer didn't come with one and my disk 2 of Wing Commander had an error.

I'm sure we'll see someone who only recruits fair skinned, young blonde pawns.

"When your main pawn returns to your world..." they are now much more powerful than you could ever imagine. You have become the pawn. You are Your Pawn's Smirking Revenge.

Do you think or know if they made any money on Final Fantasy XIII? "Lower that head and power through" might be ignorance if they don't change something and they lose money on each successive FF title. I would just about bet my car that FFXIV hasn't made any money and I'm fairly certain that XIII did not either.

This echoes what I and at least one other person has said in my brief 4 minutes on this thread... they're not listening to their fans (until they're neck deep in trouble).

I think they're going to need to pull the plug on this one after FF XIII-2 comes out. I can't figure how they bring in enough money to support the development of FFXIII-2, FFXIII vs., and FFXIV and all of the troubles it has had.

It doesn't seem like the ball isn't traveling in a straight line. There is a maximum camera follow threshold in the Y (vertical direction) and the ball hits it. At that point, it can only stay at that maximum Y value and continue to travel along the X and Z (left and right and depth respectively, just guessing).

Not that this is a model more than a figure, but this is the coolest Gundam toy I've ever seen, hands down. I have a different one of these series. It's nice because you can actually pose and play with them without worrying about breaking them.

50 seconds in... and this is where we thikn Gaddafi got drunk and wrecked his utility cart through the wall

I've said it before and I'll say it again. The narration in this game only reminds me of Family Guy's parody of Randy Newman where he narrates everything the Griffins are doing. The idea is neat, but that's all I can ever think of when I played the demo.

It was just relentless hustle. I can't tell you how many times I contacted Kotaku, but they weren't that interested in what I was selling. I knew I had a marketable game concept that was really cute and appealing to just about everyone, so I felt like the only issue was getting enough people to see it.

Actually, they're in very good shape. I successfully completed a Kickstarter project last month for my upcoming game ( [www.kickstarter.com] ) and we raised about $5k in the last 36-48 hours.

Agreed. Both the Uncharted and Ratchet and Clank Future series are unmatched. I have both systems and I would recommend it for those and a few others (Valkyria Chronicles is pretty solid and unique). Ratchet and Clank Future: TOD in particular created a world for me that was one of the few offerings that made me feel

The big problem here is the discrepancy between the surfaces. The actual texture sizes aren't following the same size to pixel ration. It's something you have to address in game texturing otherwise you end up with two things the same size and one of them has twice the pixel density.
