I knew someone would make that comment! I'm a little surprised no one has asked why I've got rusty rotors too.

I'm in WV, which is definitely a borderline situation. Some years we never get more than 3/4 inches and basically no ice, or it could be like last year and when I struggled to get around for a week with fwd and all seasons. Since this is my only car, I figured it best to play it safe and get a winter set.

So true. So very true.

I approve this message, since this will be my first winter in a rwd car. These Nittos have a lot of torque to manage...

I don't think it's for the '15s. I do remember talking to a salesman who had a tune on a '13 from Ford that was making way bigger gains than I expected from a factory flash, like 60 ft-lb at 1800 rpm. My guess is it was that one.

That's about 4 hours from me, which is totally reasonable, particularly if they have some sort of driving experience. Granted, I might be tempted to do a burnout out front, Audi style...can't get too friendly with those Ford guys ;)

I read on one of the Mustang forums that there's a tune from Ford (not sure which one) that does the same thing. Even though Ford offers it, it still cuts the warranty down. There's a used Boss at my local Ford dealership, if I had the funds, I'd probably buy it as a second car, stick a T56 super magnum in it, and

I did. I had this,

It also chops 2 years and 24,000 miles off your powertrain warranty. Chevy could offer a similar key on the Z06, but they'd probably do the same thing.

But you could swap in a Getrag 284 five speed, an F40 six speed, or, with an adapter plate from the Fiero community, the new six speed auto GM is sticking in everything. You have so many options ;)

Good grief, Mcseanerson beat me to suggesting the Solstice coupe by a minute. Great minds think alike, I guess?

Neutral: Is Cheap Gas Good Or Bad? Ultimately a boon or is it just encouraging bad behavior?

I don't remember which C & D article is was, but they jokingly made reference to what I think was a Beretta Z/24 because it was so rare. I'll have to do some digging. Also, Pontiac solstice coupes.

Will do, unless I end up dead, upside down at the bottom of the hill, which is a distinct possibility.

Nice! Depending on the tires you're running, you should be fine. I got my Camaro two months ago, got snow tires for it, so I get to see how rwd with 420 lf/ft does on our snowy hills.

Is that your current car? If it is, how do you like it? I've always thought those S60 Rs were super cool.

It appears that in my haste, I left out the words 'the' and 'consider.' I English good, yes?

Hey, GT Racing 2 is on Windows phones! I can has! Also, if you're going to get GT6, I'd recommend investing in the Logitech G27 wheels/pedals/shifter. It's miles better than using a controller.

I know, they were just out of my price range when I was looking. This prototype is even more ridiculous though, and I like it because of it.

Sweet! How do you like it? My all-seasons hook up alright, but the winters don't like the torques.
